We try to make it as easy as possible for you: You can have your order delivered in different ways in the Netherlands and abroad. Have your order delivered at home, picked up at a pick-up point or picked up at our office in Tilburg. The choice is yours!
When ordering, you indicate where you want your order delivered. The delivery of your order is carried out by PostNL, DPD or DHL. You will receive a message from these carriers about the delivery times. If an order exceeds a certain value, the delivery person may ask for a signature for receipt. In some cases, only the addressee can sign for receipt. We only deliver to a physical address in the Netherlands or Belgium.
While ordering you can also choose to pick up your order at a pick-up point of PostNL, DPD or DHL. You can decide for yourself which pick-up point is closest or most convenient for you.
Do you want to use your Watrflag order immediately? Then you can pick it up at our office in Tilburg on working days. If you have indicated during the order that you want to come and collect it, we will contact you to schedule a collection appointment.
After your order has been placed and paid for, we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will ship your item within 2 days, via the method of your choice. We will keep you informed by e-mail when the shipment has gone to the carrier. You can then track your package via the carrier.
Shipping costs Netherlands and Belgium
Shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium over 75 euros are FREE! If your order is below that amount, we will charge 4.95 euros for delivery costs for the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping costs are automatically processed when you complete your order. Different rates apply to delivery in other countries and are automatically charged when you complete your order.
