How can I return my (partial) order?

Can I exchange an item?

We try to display the products as well and clearly as possible in our shop by means of professional photography and by supplementing the article with an honest and extensive description of the dimensions. Despite that, it may happen that on second thought you prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color. Then return the ordered products according to the procedure described here and place a new order.


Within what period can I exchange or return an item?

Exchange or return is possible within 30 days after receipt of the order, provided that the item shows no signs of use. We expect products to be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Preferably reuse Watrflag's packaging materials, so we all contribute to minimizing waste materials.


Is there a charge for thereturn of an article?

Returning an item is free within the Netherlands and Belgium! Report the return to Watrflag via and receive a free return shipping label.


Can I track my return shipment?

When you hand over your return package, you will receive a proof of shipment from your carrier with a track & trace code. You can use this code to track your return on the site of the relevant carrier.


Refund of my return shipment

As soon as your return shipment has been received, checked and received according to the conditions, we will refund your purchase amount.

We refund the amount due on average within two (working) days. For this we use the bank details with which the payment was originally completed. Payments by credit card are also refunded via the credit card company for security reasons. Did you pay with PayPal? Then we will cancel or adjust the outstanding invoice with the relevant payment partner.
